Drop Ship Lifestyle is hiring a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote position that is currently only accepting US based employees. The perfect candidate for this role is enthusiastic, driven, and excited to help customers.

This is a part time position with firm hours Monday amp; Tuesday from 9am - 6pm Eastern Time.

Your key responsibilities will be answering incoming phone calls, sending outbound welcome calls (calling our paying customers to thank them for purchasing), and responding to customer support emails.

Pay starts at $15/hr with commission opportunities.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
• Strong amp; stable internet access. (You'll be using a VOIP phone service)
• Reliable computer
• Smart phone highly recommended
