At Obviously AI, we are looking for a passionate Inbound Sales Representative who has the ability to empathize with the customer, is a natural speaker who can craft thorough product demos and loves to build relationships to engage prospective customers in meaningful ways. For this position, itβs imperative that you have great presentation skills, can be spontaneous and intelligently drive conversations to a meaningful close. Ultimately, you will work directly with the CEO to build and execute product onboarding amp; demos, manage customer accounts and build up-selling strategies.
Responsibilities
- Run technical product demos for inbound customer leads
- Run product onboarding calls helping customers easily get started on the platform
- Manage existing customer relationships and accounts
- Engage customers and keep them up to date on new features and releases
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Manage a team of contractors to build support materials and documentation
- Set and track KPIs to measure the impact of your work
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback

- Proven natural presentation and speaking skills
- Ability to think spontaneously on the spot
- Ability to create and deliver presentations based on audience needs
- Familiarity with CRMs, best practices and ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Eloquent in written and spoken English
