Job Description

globaledit, a division of CoCreativ, is looking for a passionate Technical Program Manager to join our Product team. We are the leading provider of a powerful SaaS platform that optimizes and accelerates creative production. CoCreativ is a family of integrated creative production companies based in New York City and Los Angeles with a well-established client base. Our Clients include leading fashion brands, retailers, and entertainment companies including Morphe Cosmetics, L.L. Bean, Old Navy, and NBC.

Are you a program manager with a penchant for APIs? Do you have a strong bias for action, great communication skills, and a recognized ability as someone who Gets Stuff Done. Do you have several years experience managing global API / Backend development and deployment in a Program Management capacity?

Globaledit is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to help drive development and innovation in collaboration with our API, Workflow automation and Creative Experiences team. You'll be focused on the underlying technology that really drives the engagement behind Globaledit’s Creative Work in Progress products.

Successful candidates will thrive managing highly complex APIs, Real-time processing applications, and Security implementations on leading edge platforms.

You will be responsible for helping to identify and document requirements, planning out these programs, executing cross-functional feature development, driving alignment between multiple teams across the organization, managing schedules, identifying and tracking risks, and clearly communicating to project stakeholders.

The right candidate knows what they are doing, and also knows how to get stuff done in a global cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design automated workflows to solve for the bottlenecks in Creative Production
  • Manage multiple integration lifecycles from requirements gathering, delivery and continuous support
  • Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to broader team and executives
  • Technical Analysis: Working with the relevant development team members to conduct feasibility studies and confirm the scope for software integration, development and testing
  • Release milestone and scope definition: define software release scope per milestone and ensure it is released per requirement
  • Actively manage and report on the overall quality of the programs you are working on
  • Manage documentation and support material
  • Proactively manage program level issues as they arise: pulling the team together to come up with creative solutions to issues and challenges while preserving quality, cost, and scheduled targets
  • Triage external requests and support tickets
  • Lead partner communication for new integrations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • 2-4+ years of experience in Technical / Program Management in the Backend, integration or API space
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • General understanding of RESTful APIs and Integration tools like Workato, Tibco, Mulesoft, Zapier as well as conceptual knowledge of Service Oriented/Microservice architecture
  • Familiarity working with various software SaaS platforms in Sales, Marketing and digital asset management like CMS, PIM, DAM, DRM and having done some basic integrations development or support.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, AWS and Azure preferred
  • Ability to create clear custom facing documentation that is presented to prospective and existing customers

Good to have

  • Working knowledge and experience with Activation, Authentication, Authorization, and API level Security
  • Experience managing production issues all the way from detection to resolution based on severity
  • Photography or Video production experience

Benefits

We offer a competitive benefits package including major medical, dental and vision insurance, FSA, HSA, commuter benefits, and employee discounts as well as PTO, summer Fridays and regular office events to celebrate our teams.
