Our store leads are in charge of ensuring a flawless experience for all of our valued customers. Our customers are the center of our company. We believe that the only way to be a successful business is to be successful with our clients. We have no business without them! We're looking for someone with that kind of attitude and attention to the customer experience.

Our store leads complete inventory, ordering, and training for their store location. You'll manage issues and keep track of any problems within the stores as well as manage your employees and ensure consistency throughout the day to day operations. You'll be responsible for completing monthly evaluations of your employees. You will be expected to communicate and colaborate with your management team to solve any ongoing issues.

Requirements

Our Store lead needs the following experience,

  • 2-4 years of retail store experience
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in a service business (e.g. restaurants, coffee shops, car service, dry cleaning, printing etc.) preferred

And the following capabilities,

  • Provide delightful, attentive and hospitable service to all customers
  • Knowledge of customer service and hospitality techniques a major plus
  • Ability to manage a team of 3-4 employees
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Strong operational skills in a customer service environment
  • Computer software proficiency required (Gmail Suite, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Team player/leader
