LA Clippers are looking for an Intern to support the Creative and Marketing departments with day-to-day design and production needs. This is a hands-on role and as Creative Design Intern, you will work on a wide range of projects, including digital initiatives and printed collateral, for our family of brands that also include the Agua Caliente Clippers and the Forum. Projects include designing sales and promotional materials such as logos/lockups, invitations, postcards, brochures, flyers, signage, and advertisements.
The ideal candidate is a current student studying graphic design or related field. They are a self-starter who is hardworking, highly organized, have outstanding time-management skills, and are able to prioritize and meet deadlines. Previous sports and entertainment experience is not required, but working knowledge of the sports industry, NBA and the game of basketball are a plus. Applications that do not include a portfolio of work will not be considered.
This is a part time position based in our DTLA office. Internship is approximately 20 hours per week through end of September 2021. While this is a paid position, we are happy to support any internship credit needs that students may have.
In accordance with public health guidelines, we are currently working remotely and anticipate onboarding new staff in a remote environment.
