Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

**This is not a remote position; the role will be based out of our Manhattan office. Candidates should be comfortable with commuting to our office location. The role will be part-time with the potential to segue into a full time position for the right candidate. The schedule will be determined upon hire, but can be flexible.


The Office Assistant will assist the Firms Partners and Management team in a wide variety of tasks. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Maintaining and updating files and databases
  • Data entry and transcribing notes
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assistance with invoices and billing
  • Creating spreadsheets and analyzing data
  • Assistance with event planning
  • Work on special projects as needed


Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor or Associates degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year experience working in an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong Word and Excel skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a proactive multi-tasker.
  • Ability to work independently.
