We are a fast growing and globally minded company and we are looking for a like-minded candidate who wishes to grow with us as we continue to expand.

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Production Manager to be primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 4-8 Computer Repair Technicians and the Company's Warehouse and Inventory staff. This includes being responsible for order fulfillment, quality control and shipping, in addition to working closely with the Supply Chain and Sales departments. The Production Manager may also cover the Service Manager in their absence, as needed.

This position is for full-time employment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides clear direction and general guidance to the Order Fulfillment team (which consists of 4-8 Computer Repair Technicians, Warehouse and Inventory Staff) to process industrial computers and rugged tablets by developing and implementing business process initiatives that optimize departmental operations, .
• Creates objectives and goals that will lead to departmental and company success in the areas of safety, quality, production and teamwork.
• Creates, manages, and provides weekly reporting on efficiency, timeliness and quality.
• Identifies where problems may occur or repeat in the process. Identify root causes. Put improvements in place or make recommendations to upper management.
• Prevents product damage and shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards.
• Effectively monitors flow of goods through the inventory management system and warehouse physical storage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 3+ years of relevant experience in a managerial position OR;
• A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in a managerial position in fulfillment or production operations OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

• Proven history of effective management skills.
• Good understanding of technical products, i.e. computers, tablets, etc.
• Proven track record of making process improvements in a production environment.
• Exposure to warehouse storage operations.
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer facing skills.
• Eagerness to learn about our products and our markets.
• A true passion for learning about and leveraging new technology.
• Highly motivated individual who is a self-starter, doesn't require constant instruction to learn, and is interested in continuously expanding their skill set.
• Knowledge of accounting software (Netsuite), Inventory Software and Order Processing Systems.
