Job Duties

• Direct chemical processes and discipline through interface with client and/or engineering contractors
• Coordinating with other engineers to achieve project schedules and meet the budget
• Participate in research in order to enhance sour treatment system solutions and increase value of products
• Carry out academic research in order to help validate and benchmark company design with latest technologies available
• Use software-based skills to help develop and validate calculation tools
• Use knowledge of liquid redox processes and practical knowledge of sour gas treatment system to enhance unit design with value engineering capability

Requirements

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelors in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience required in process simulation software, such as HYSYS and ProMax required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience required in heat exchangers sizing software, such as HTRI and EDR required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience required in Pamp;ID and PFD development with the support of designers required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience required in Flare System Design in line with API-520 and 521 required
• 10% travel required
