About the Role
As our first full-time recruiter, you will help us deliver on our company purpose to improve the health of everyone, everywhere by helping us build and grow our amazing team. You’ll be partnering closely with our Organizational Growth team and department leaders to set the recruiting strategy and deliver on our hiring plan. - Act as an advocate for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process, establish regular and objective touch points with consistent follow-through
- Manage full cycle recruiting for a broad set of searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to attract the right talent to each role
- Co-develop compelling and simple job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers with a focus on inclusive hiring (screen in vs. screen out)
- Mentor and coach team members on leading recruiting approaches as well as outside of the box ideas
- Partner with our CEO and communications team to shape our employer brand and bring our story and culture to life
- Build pipeline for current and future roles of high density, high quality candidates for our difficult to fill positions
- Regularly manage talent pipeline activity and proactively share data-centric updates with hiring leaders
Requirements
- You appreciate awesome company culture and have a knack for matching people and jobs
- Bring a successful track record of engaging, networking with and hiring talent at leadership levels across broad domains
- Experience building high performing teams across broad functions at a growing organization in technology or social impact
- Strong interpersonal leadership skills, including being masterful at delivering and receiving feedback, perceiving what's unsaid and influencing others
- Experience working in a cross-cultural, global company is desirable
- Are able to work full-time for a 4 to 6 month assignment
