As a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy amp; Planning, you will be a key part of the Strategic Finance team at a fast-growing health tech company. In this high-paced environment, you will have an opportunity to make a broad impact across multiple functions and levels across our organization and support the company’s long-term growth and development by working with executives and key business leaders to build and implement our long-term strategic plan.
Your Main Tasks Will Be:
- Drive the development of the company’s long-term strategic plan, priorities, and outlook by partnering with executives and key business leaders across the company
- Support department heads and key business leaders in distilling overarching company goals into actionable strategic goals and initiatives at the department level that align with overall company priorities
- Build trackable objectives and results framework to keep business leaders informed of ongoing progress in achieving set goals and provide analysis and insights to aid them in making business decisions
- Assist executive team and key business leaders across departments with annual and quarterly review processes of performance and progress to date to help update and refine the strategic plan
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify partnership opportunities and the Corporate Development team to identify acquisition and investment opportunities that complement organic initiatives in addressing our strategic goals
- Work with People Analytics and Human Capital to identify key strategic hires that need to be made to support the strategic plan
- Support the FPamp;A team in building data-driven models and scenario analyses to evaluate the business impact of strategic initiatives
- Construct executive and Board level presentations to share key insights and recommendations with company leadership
- Provide support to the CFO and other areas of the Finance department as needed
Requirements
- 4-10 years of relevant strategic development experience preferably at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing company
- Prior experience developing and executing long-term strategic plans
- Understanding of SaaS based business models and healthcare and biotechnology industries is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strategic mindset that is highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to distill massive amounts of complex information into digestible formats that lead to productive discussions
- Solid communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate clearly to executives and key business leaders
- Ability to motivate teams and generate buy-in for new initiatives and adherence to overarching corporate goals and our culture of innovation and excellence
- Self-starter, low-ego mentality and a willingness to always go the extra mile
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; MBA not required but a plus
