Operations Manager - Growth

Job Description
As a growth manager at VKC, your mission is to obsess over identifying and exploring new ways to drive stepwise growth of our platform within the digital food delivery ecosystem. We’re looking for someone who has the strategic chops to quickly amp; effectively identify new growth channels, but also the fire and passion to build those channels from the ground up. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with our sales, operations, and engineering teams to make bets on key growth opportunities that you have conviction behind.
About the Role
- Identify, build and execute on initiatives that are focused on improving customer acquisition and customer engagement with the VKC platform
- Quickly iterate on growth opportunities, then work cross functionally to scale the ones that are sustainable
- Define core KPIs and lead data-driven analysis to inform the success/failure of new growth initiatives
Requirements
- A growth driven mindset and a strong bias towards action
- Comfortable making hypothesis driven decisions and prioritizing with limited resources
- Strong organizational amp; project management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of business functions
- Comfortable with data analytics; specifically synthesizing data into clear and actionable insights
- Desire to work in both highly strategic capacities, as well as high operational capacities
