The Implementation Operations Manager for retail stores collaborates with Central Operations Support Network and Field Operations to ensure that all physical infrastructure enables excellent operations and furthers the mission of Virtual Kitchen Co.
About the Role
- Work cross functionally within the organization to coordinate and track training, hardware, and technical systems rollouts in the market; achieving all project deadlines.
- Work within the Field Operations team to consistently enable growth and operational excellence.
- Develop the standards and procedures by which physical assets are maintained and updated.
- Identify new processes to scale and improve the implementation function.
- Provide and collect feedback on project rollouts and processes to guide the direction of future operational systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in retail operations or retail project management role
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- High emotional intelligence; ability to flex communication style depending on your audience
- Growth mindset and strong sense of ownership for your work
- Excited to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
