Job Description

OCF Realty is one of Philadelphia’s top real estate brokerages and we are looking to add a Listing Marketing Coordinator to our team. This position will be responsible for photographing our 1,400 managed rental properties, writing listing descriptions, and marketing available properties for rent across our various listing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or real estate. We need someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong eye for photography and design, has excellent writing skills, and possesses a great attitude. Lastly, we are seeking candidates who are as passionate about Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and community as we are, and share our culture of authenticity. Please note this is a full-time position that requires in-person work. We are currently taking precautions in office for COVID-19.
Essential Functions:
- Photograph new rental properties being onboarded
- Photograph existing inventory of rental properties during turnover period
- Ensure good photo composition, angles and positioning of the space taken
- Edit and manipulate photos for lighting, contrast, and watermarks
- Create dynamic listing descriptions to accompany photographs
- Publish listings on OCF Realty website, MLS, Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.
- Ensure all listings remain updated with current information at all times
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in real estate, marketing, or sales required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Real Estate license preferred, but not necessary
- Strong photography and editing skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom and Adobe Creative Suite
- Creatively minded with a keen eye for design
- Ability to write strong copy
- Must maintain a neat and professional image and demeanor
- Must be thorough, reliable, responsible, honest, organized, flexible and service-oriented
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once while remaining detailed and well organized.
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods
Benefits
This position offers a starting salary of $40,000 - $45,000 with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401k matching.
