  • Take ownership of all client relationships
  • Proactive account management of high value accounts
  • Sustain business growth by maximizing value
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
  • Improve onboarding processes
  • Mediate between clients and the organization
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
  • Minimize customer churn
  • Demonstrated ability to think on feet and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicating both verbally and in writing internally and externally


  • Min 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success role
  • Proven record of understanding and familiarity with the cryptocurrency marketplace
  • Proven record of technical aptitude: understanding of APIs, nodes, staking services
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech startup experience preferred
