We provide ICM (incentive compensation management) software. This is software that makes it easy for companies with 50 to 500 sales reps to calculate their sales commissions amp; communicate those sales commissions to their salesforce and leadership. Sales reps love us because they get complete transparency into what they are getting paid. And executives love us because we make it easy to get reports on sales compensation (one of their largest expenses).

Requirements
- Work in concert with Lead Consultants to define and document detailed requirements from customers around their sales comp plans, data, and processes
- Deliver thorough, well-documented, detailed solutions workbooks (detailed models of a customer’s incentive compensation plans)
- Implement those same plans in our SaaS ICM Software product: Setup data intake from the customer, buildout the compensation plans in the software tool, and configure reporting and analytics according to customer requirements gleaned in the discovery process
- Evaluate discrepancies in data and accurately identify root causes for any errors
- Support lead consultants and customer admins through UAT and system handovers
- Track work on projects using our PS automation software
Qualifications:
- Willing to take on ambiguous amp; complex challenges and solve them
- Loves and is good at multi-tasking and juggling multiple workstreams
- Works well as part of a customer-facing team
- Highly detail-oriented / great attention to detail - takes great notes, can document complex solutions in detail, cares to get work right
- Some understanding of accounting, finance, and/or sales comp concepts
- Proficient in working with large datasets (Excel, SQL, or other types of tools/languages)
- Positive Attitude - optimistic, cares deeply about company and customers
- High Emotional IQ - shows empathy, listens when appropriate, creates healthy conversation dynamic
- Humble / no ego
- Resourceful - has an "I'll figure it out" attitude if something they need doesn't exist
