Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients and become the technical expert on product features. A successful candidate will have a strong technical aptitude along with a self-starting, proactive mentality and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be working with a rapidly changing technical platform and you will be handling complex issues. The successful candidate will be able to effectively listen to prospects in sales demo situations and they will be able to communicate the value of the Reputation brand.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations/demos explaining the product platform to prospective customers.
  • Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of services in customer environment.
  • Gain customer acceptance by demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
  • Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short- and long-term issues and collaborating with the global team to raise everyone’s game.
  • Work with post-sale customer success teams to transition prospects to be successful customers.
  • Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.
  • Provide insights and recommendations along with effective presentation skills, ability to deliver a technical pitch to C-suites.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • 7+ years’ experience in a pre-sales technical role, preferable in a SaaS environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related equivalent practical experience.
    • Experience with Google Marketing and Facebo
