Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Director of Technology Partnerships to lead the Technology Partners team. As the Director of Technology Partnerships, you will own the overall strategy for our Technology Partnership program. You will work closely with our Product, Marketing, Channel and Direct Sales teams to prioritize and build relationships with our expansive technical partnership ecosystem. Your team will facilitate Technical Partners and our own Product team in building integrations with the ThreatConnect platform for customer driven use cases. It will build relationships with other Technical Partners and identify opportunities to grow key relationships.

In this role you’ll get to.
  • Define and drive the Technology Partner strategy for ThreatConnect
  • Lead the Technology Partners department and team members
  • Enable and guide the ThreatConnect Developer Partner Program for ThreatConnect
  • Own collaboration between ThreatConnect and prospective partner teams
  • Prioritize partner enablement for integrations
  • Deepen existing partner relationships and proactively seek new partners based on ThreatConnect Product strategy
1-3-6-12 Month Plan

On the first month we’ll expect you to

  • Get to know your immediate team and internal peer departments in Product Management, App Engineering, Marketing, amp; Product Marketing,
  • Learn our products at a high level
  • Learn our partner onboarding and relationship processes

At 3 months we’ll expect you to

  • Learn our products in-depths, know how to reference technical documentation with ease, and be able to give demos to partners and prospective partners
  • Manage your team’s workflow with high level guidance
  • Onboard your first partner successfully through our Developer Partner Program
  • Operate with limited guidance to coordinate with Tech Partners, to gain or maintain access to their technology for your internal customers in Sales and Product Management
  • Suggest potential process improvements

At 6 months we’ll expect you to

  • Be operating mostly independently for coordinating with our many Tech Partners to gain or maintain access to their technology for your internal customers in Sales and Product Man
