A bit about you.

You love your work, and you want to be a part of an extraordinary Team! You believe in having a diverse and inclusive culture that promotes equality for all. You are an exceptional and intentional Partner/Director who understands the importance of developing and managing agency relationships/partnerships. You have a history of driving agency growth strategies and developing agency enablement programs. You are comfortable owning revenue growth targets and developing support systems for agency onboardings.

A day in the life

  • You will build, foster, and grow relationships with Ad-platform leaders such as Facebook and Google
  • You will manage and continue to grow relationships with Postclick’s top-tiered agency partners
  • You will identify new opportunities for growth within partnerships and ensure our key relationships support our larger business objectives
  • You will serve both as the strategic and day to day contact for agency partners
  • You will act as Postclick’s evangelist and position technology innovations to the partner channel
  • You will develop and execute a partnership roadmap
  • You will act as a thought leader within the space and actively seek opportunities to Increase Postclick’s brand visibility
  • You will build detailed onboarding plans that allow for rapid monetization, adoption, and penetration within agency partner client portfolios
  • You will design and deliver agency reviews, performance updates, and identify risks to our strategy
  • You will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, Adtech, Martech, and agency landscape

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of working in an agency environment, channel partnership, and/or affiliate management roles
  • Experience working at a rapidly growing global tech start-up
  • A proven track record for developing, nurturing, and growing partnerships
  • A proven track record collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Experience turning partners into advocates and ambassadors
  • The ability to position technology value to key stakeholders within agency settings
  • Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and growth-focused environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
