As a Corporate Real Estate Specialist with Risk Strategies your primary responsibilities and duties will include:

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Communicate with landlords on day-to-day lease issues as they arise. Assist in resolving tenant/field office complaints
  • Directly manage multiple vendors (to include furniture and movers) to deliver standardized, consistent office services across all RSC offices
  • Coordinate scheduling and documentation to support preventative maintenance associated with RSC properties as needed
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with regional office administrators, landlords and vendors
  • Manage and coordinate all tasks associated with field office closures. This includes coordination with the landlord, field office administrators, and the RSC IT Team
  • Manage and coordinate tasks associated with small office consolidation projects
  • Assist the Director of Corporate Real Estate with the roll-out of the new RSC workplace strategy program. Help drive and execute the strategy and direction consistent with RSC program guidelines and vision
  • Liaise with various Finance and Accounting Department personnel on financial and budgetary aspects of leases
  • Assists the Corporate Real Estate Director in providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers by providing timely and accurate information, promptly responding to management, tenant and vendor inquires, or routing inquires to the appropriate person

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a Corporate Real Estate environment strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; accurate, thorough and monitors work for quality
  • Must have exceptional ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks; uses time efficiently and is resourceful
  • Must be a strong problem solver; identifies and resolves issues in a timely manner
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Within Excel, the ability to build pivot tables, integrate data from multiple sources, and display data at an executive level a plus. Familiarity with Smartsheet beneficial
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
