We are hiring for an accounting clerk position full time.
35 hours per week Mon thru Fri 9-4:30pm
Must have intermediate experience in Quickbooks desktop model.
Position would be a combination of accounts payable; posting vendor bills, confirming receipt of merchandise, reconciliation of vendor statements and vendor filing. Accounts Receivables; posting customer billings, researching payment issues, customer filing, assisting customer via email with concerns or questions.

Hiring for motivated, independent, organized employee that takes pride in there work. Typing at least 45 WPM, experience in Microsoft products and email. Ability to research issues and find solutions to present to manager for final approval. Works well with little supervision to achieve the daily tasks promptly. Team player is essential in small business.
This position does offer holiday pay and paid time off, but we do NOT offer health insurance at this time.
