The Business Operations Specialist IV (Team Lead, Finance Planning, Analysis amp; Pricing), leads team and the daily functions of the Financial Planning, Analysis amp; Pricing organization. As the most senior subject matter expert on the FPamp;A team, the Lead, Finance Planning, Analysis amp; Pricing ensures that financial planning and pricing capabilities scales with the company, is healthy, drives profitability and aligns with business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long-term FPamp;A and pricing, approaches, methods and processes Work with Unanet Administrator to establish and document financial policies and procedures Facilitate the corporate planning and reporting function Partner with the executive leadership team to continuously enhance and improve forecasting and business modeling capabilities Create fully-integrated financial models that produce highly accurate monthly forecasts of project performance and profit Prepare accurate cost projections and visualization of financial data to promote internal and external understanding of the company’s financial results Prepare price strategy presentations, or analyses, and training to executives and key decision makers Develop FFP, Tamp;M, Cost Plus Business Proposal and Detailed Cost Proposals Assist with indirect rate proposals Conduct thorough research of historical financial data including detailed benchmarking analysis against industry comparable data Coordinate quarterly forecasting process working with executive team members and direct reports Lead/mentor our FPamp;A Analysts and Pricing Specialists
Requirements
7 years of experience with forecasting models and cost accounting processes 5 years of pricing (federal and commercial systems integrator and product pricing) 3 years of demonstrated FPamp;A leadership (people manager) experience Prior experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Ability to obtain a security clearance Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skillsUnanet experience is requiredBenefits
