We are looking for a No-Fault Manager here at INSHUR, pre-pandemic based in NYC, currently 100% remote but working EST timezone. You’ll be working on re-inventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories, including the US, UK, and EU, and new US states as we expand.

Reporting to our Director of US Digital Claims, you'll be joining a friendly team of 7 who believe in providing our customers with the best service possible whilst always pushing for new ideas and innovation.

What you'll do

As our No-Fault Manager you will be responsible for the overall oversight of the New York No-Fault claims team, providing the team with a strong direction, creating claims goals and leading the team to reach those goals. You will take care of training and performance evaluations and provide direction for the resolution of legacy No-Fault claims. You will maintain relationships with our strategic partners, maintain State Insurance Licenses as required and be ultimately responsible for ensuring that our Policies and Procedures for NY No-Fault Claims Handling are updated and compliant.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have obtained extensive experience in New York No-Fault claims handling and preferably has obtained the CPCU designation
  • Have a considerable amount of NY No-Fault Litigation and/or Arbitration Experience
  • Have a proven track record in claims supervision or management experience
  • Are familiar with and have good understanding of any applicable laws relating to claims handling
  • Have good knowledge of management practices and techniques
  • Know your way around G-Suite Products (Google Docs amp; Sheets)
