Position Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Transaction Management team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running in our fast-paced and fast-growing company. They will be a key contributor to the success of the team and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with loan closings and procure needed closing items
  • Manage property inspections and appraisal scheduling
  • Interface with customers, agents, partners, insurance carriers, title companies, and lenders
  • Schedule, manage and attend onboarding calls with customers
  • Maintain main processing phone line
  • Take ownership of maintaining and updating our databases efficiently and effectively
  • Assist with any and all administrative tasks regarding closings
  • Generate transaction documents


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Underwriting Assistant or Mortgage Processor
  • Highly interested in the real estate market and the real estate transaction process
  • Thrive under pressure
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Interested in growing in a long term opportunity with lots of growth potential
