Your Opportunity:

Global expansion has seen the business developing rapidly, with major customers and partners increasing significantly and at a pace. As the pioneers of Robotic Process Automation, we are now positioned as the thought leader in the sector.

We are continuing to build our PreSales (aka. Solution Engineering) capability globally and seeking entrepreneurial personalities with the ability to engage with major strategic customers and partners. The purpose of the role is to focus on 1) named strategic major accounts that represent the must win accounts for Blue Prism, and 2) create go to market collateral and demo artifacts, 3) serve as the Trusted Security Advisor for our customers and partners, and 4) knowledge transfer to Solution Engineering resources to become proficient in addressing security requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Gain an understanding of clients' requirements.
  • Contribute to overall team revenue goals.
  • Assist the sales team with their account sales plans as it relates to Solution Engineering
  • Prepare project timelines for creating and delivering demo artifacts and reference architectures; manage projects to agreed upon scope and timelines, ability to tell the Blue Prism story focused on value.
  • Demonstrate the Blue Prism proposition and key differentiation.
  • Work with the other Blue Prism teams to ensure client requirements can be met from a functional and delivery viewpoint
  • Work with sales team to ensure key influencers are on board and best practice RPA is being positioned early in the sale process
  • Engage partner Solution Engineer resources, as needed.
  • Assist with product demonstrations, RFXs, PoTs, PoCs, Pilots, competitive analysis, and marketing events
  • Respond to customer and partner inquiries


Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-7 years of strong experience in an enterprise software sales environment with proven Solution Engineering success.
  • Experience in managing networks, including firewalls, VPNs, and SSL/HTTPS installations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to address complex information security challenges across a variety of existing and emerging technologies related to RPA.
  • Technologically savvy with ability to troubleshoot all aspects of security related to RPA solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work across multiple organizations and industries and ability to articulate findings, concerns, and solutions internally and externally.
  • A passion to always be learning and self-educating as it relates to current, best practices and emerging trends in security with ability to apply this to Blue Prism RPA solutions.
  • Demonstrate ability and success in developing relationships up to the C-suite level.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the proposition at all levels from both a business and technical perspective.
  • Demonstrable energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to paint a vision, put a story around the Blue Prism proposition and articulate where it fits into the customer scenario.
  • Serve as Trusted Advisor and research potential customer use-cas
