We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage Software Development, QA and DevOps teams that are geographically distributed and is comprised of full-time employees and contractors
- Collaborate with Product Management, Services and other stakeholders on the Technology and Product roadmap and sprint/iteration deliverables
- Consistently deliver successful outcomes while juggling multiple priorities
- Drive successful execution of the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process
- Evangelize the Platform and technology internally and with our customers/prospects
- Communicate effectively using your oral and written skills
- Provide technical leadership to the team in various areas - coding, debugging and design/architecture to name a few
- Mentor the team with a focus on nurturing and developing our pool of talented engineers
What we're looking for:
- 5-10 years of prior software development experience
- 5-10 years of recent experience in delivering on complex Software Projects
- Expertise in enterprise technologies preferably in Python, Java, Node and related ecosystems
- Experience in managing teams and functions that deliver on enterprise grade SaaS platforms with high availability/scalability/reliability
- Exposure to full stack development that include backend, front-end and mobile technologies
- Good problem-solving skills
- Can-Do and positive attitude with the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Experience incorporating Data Science, AI and Machine Learning features into the Platform
