JOB SUMMARY:
Atlas Lift Tech, Inc. transforms the way care delivery organizations deploy and manage comprehensive Mobility programs through our innovative Mobility Coach Model and Mobility Tracking Software Platform. Mobility Coaches are specially trained and become integrated into each facility helping to empower care staff through supportive bedside training methods, reducing provider injury, mitigating risk and boosting caregiver morale. Along with the Mobility Coaches, we embed our proprietary software system, LiftTracker, into each facility to provide real time task tracking and scheduling. As such, the platform delivers predictive analytics containing operational reporting data to enable efficiencies and improvements within patient mobilization. ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a ground floor opportunity for the right person to be part of new tech department. During this journey, you will find opportunities to grow and work on the leading edge of technology. You will help the development team create tests that ensure the acceptability of the. Along the way, you will learn new skills and get to shape important medical devices and software.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage amp; report overall product quality status to management
- Provide core expertise to ensure test readiness for new products
- Lead amp; resolve potential test gaps, regression amp; correlation issues
- Responsible for developing and executing test cases amp; documents, automatic test data collection amp; analysis
- Provide quality oversight for an Agile development team
- Define and implement testing standards according to up-to-date coding methodologies and best practices
- Aid team members in producing tests that focus on user needs
- Ensure all technology practices are in compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA
- Assist in carrying out safe and downtime-proof software releases
- Work with the development team to enhance the feature deployment pipeline and ensure security and high up-time of the application
- Oversee research and collaborations with internal and external players
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in either computer science/engineering, a quantitative domain like math/stats/physics) or equivalent experience
- Desire to diagnose and solve complex problems
- Someone who challenges the status quo
- Strong experience in Agile development practices, added bonus for Agile lead experience
- Strong desire to have a career rather than a job, and to grow with the company.
- Prior experience with health data standards/protocols and integration, including HL7 is highly desirable
- Experience working with SaaS software
- Experience testing WiFi, Bluetooth and other wireless interfaces at various quality levels
- Experience testing database scripts and artifacts
- Experience in the healthcare compliance space such as HIPAA
- Experience working with native mobile applications (iOS), utilizing Apple development tools, and web development
- Experience consuming and implementing REST APIs using apps like Insomnia or Postamn
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of engineers/staff
- Possess the drive to exceed expectations and lead by example
- Hardware Experience in new technology trends is a definite bonus: IoT, Wearables (Apple Watch)
