Job Description

Fellow is hiring a Strategic Accounts Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team in San Francisco. As the Strategic Accounts Marketing Manager at Fellow, you will own the development and implementation of marketing plans to support our wholesale revenue channel. You will be working across all wholesale account types, supporting their growth, increasing our brand presence, and driving commercial success through these channels. The ideal candidate should also have international marketing experience to accommodate Fellow’s growing global presence with international distributors.

Fellow is a product design company rooted in specialty coffee that focuses on enhancing and simplifying the brewing process and experience. We began as a Kickstarter campaign in 2013, opened our flagship store in 2017 in San Francisco’s Mission District, and are now a team of more than 50 in the US and 10 in China. We are a supportive team that continually tries to push and inspire each other to create products that people love to use and show off.


  • Develop and execute marketing plans for our wholesale accounts by creating campaigns that are consistent with Fellow’s overarching brand strategy and aligns with our ecommerce campaign strategies.
  • Drive marketing strategy for each wholesale sub-channel including retail, specialty coffee, corporate, customizations and distributors domestically and internationally through email, digital, events and more.
  • Drive demand generation to Fellow’s wholesale portal as well as general inbound leads.
  • Own displays and in-store retail experience for our accounts. Strategically position how Fellow looks on shelves, pop-up shops, etc.
  • Work closely with Fellow’s D2C channels for cross channel promotion on big campaigns as well as day to day marketing materials.
  • Evaluate ROI and establish a tracking system to measure success and identify optimizations for future implementation.
  • Manage the wholesale marketing budget.
  • Plan and execute international and domestic trade shows.
  • Work with the wholesale team to analyze account based sales performance and use this data to identify opportunities to drive new customer acquisition and account growth.
  • Lead wholesale/marketing cross team meetings, presenting a weekly report on wholesale marketing activity and results.
  • Own and update a wholesale marketing calendar and share with the wider business key wholesale marketing activity including launches and activations.
  • Own the wholesale marketing asset library. Prioritize requests from the wholesale team and coordinate internally with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience with B2B marketing
  • 3-5 years attending and planning trade shows or events
  • Must have experience managing budget including strong financial/analytical modeling skills.
  • Must have experience with email marketing - automation and email list segmentation are a must
  • Experience working with directors of sales and marketing
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills we’re a scrappy small company that moves fast!
  • Expert knowledge of brand marketing
  • International wholesale marketing experience a major plus
  • Large retailer wholesale marketing experience a plus
