Job Description

Account Growth Strategist for Relequint. This position requires experience in managing complex accounts involving digital inbound marketing campaigns, branding, design, production, and supervision for printed materials amp; websites. This includes supervising the day-to-day completion of inbound, advertising amp; digital campaigns using current equipment and software. Required to work under moderate supervision of the CEO and interface with account teams with moderate latitude for using personal initiative and independent judgment.

  • Accountable to Ran Mullins, CEO
  • 40+ hours in the office(s) per week
  • Deadlines and benchmarks will have to be set and met with CEO

Requirements

This position is responsible for all account management duties. Responsibilities include:

  • Interface with client on all production operations - primarily digital, print and video
  • Interface with client on design, technology, printing
  • Become Certified in HubSpot inbound marketing procedures
  • Writing detailed Conference Reports after each meeting distributed to all attendees
  • Ensure flawless project documentation
  • Interface with client on all production schedules
  • Interface with client on deadlines making certain project proposals are properly executed
  • Follow instructions of management personnel
  • Answer phone calls, archive proposals, contracts and conference reports
  • Interface with client on production of content and graphic material
  • Participate in planning, development and production of all design and digital
  • Interface with client on vendor requirements, production and bidding to ensure quality delivery
  • Contributes to new business efforts, including producing proposals and client presentations
  • 9am5pm MondayFriday work week (and as deemed necessary)
  • Regular and prompt attendance
  • Follow Relequint policies
  • Follow Relequint documentation, storage and maintenance procedures
  • Manage and maintain assigned workstation, software and hardware
  • Back-up of all work daily to server
  • Record inventory of necessary personal supplies
  • Track necessary software and hardware updates
  • Track current technologies and methods to perform necessary job functions
  • Address any concerns with immediate supervisor
  • Attend required meetings
  • Additional duties as assigned
