ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Marketing Consultant role is a mid-level client-service position within Relequint’s organization, responsible for the creation and implementation of tactical marketing campaigns in accordance with strategic marketing plans. In so doing, the Marketing Consultant contributes to the achievement of clients’ business goals, particularly through inbound marketing strategies and tactics designed to impact lead generation and conversion. This role turns marketing spend into ROI.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Setting up and managing client’s HubSpot portals
- Reviewing and analyzing key data (analytics) and KPIs on a regular basis to generate insights
- Optimizing for all channels (search, paid, social, email, referral, etc)
- Delivering ROI through custom built digital marketing strategies for our clients
- Working with a team of subject matter experts to complete major deliverables
Requirements
ABOUT YOU:
- 3-5 years of agency experience required.
- You love inbound marketing and HubSpot's all-in-one platform, tools and training (HubSpot certified).
- You want to be involved in all of the planning and strategy work in order to influence the outcomes of the team amp; project.
- You see a bigger picture than most people and want to align everything to core goals.
- You use data to help you make decisions that improve the overall campaign’s results.
- You take the lead during meetings to get to the root cause and define next action steps.
- You believe that a well defined processes can increase creativity/productivity, not kill it.
- You want to become a master at your craft and have developed unique strategies and tools of your own.
- You’re comfortable jumping on a call to discuss in detail any aspect of your marketing campaigns and strategies.
- You realize we are all resource constrained so you focus on execution and results rather than perfectionism.
- You take the lead in the client relationship, always guiding the client through the process and utilizing their time in the most efficient way possible.
- You focus on the results generated by your strategy, not focus on the tactics themselves.
