We are working towards decarbonizing buildings, starting with how they are heated and cooled. Treau’s launch product is a direct-to-consumer high-efficiency and low-carbon cooling and heating system designed for residential use.
We are looking for a Beta Program Manager to support the Head of Product with our first product roll out from beta testing to full product launch. This role has the potential to evolve into a strategic product/customer specialist role upon successful launch of the product. You will be a champion for both the product and the customer, and lay the foundation for a world class product purchase and fulfilment experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and scale the beta program for our first hardware product.
- Recruit and screen beta participants, organize onboarding, and collect regular customer feedback through user interviews and surveys.
- Troubleshoot bugs and create a short feedback loop between users and product / engineering team, while delivering key insights in an effective manner.
- Diagnose product pain points, and conduct basic data analysis to identify the most important features and processes that need to be addressed.
- Coordinate shipping, delivery and returns of the product to beta testers, and overcome logistical hurdles as they arise.
- Communicate effectively in a technical and non-technical way with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lay the groundwork for internal customer support processes at product launch.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+years equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with and gaining insights from end users.
- Familiarity with using, debugging and troubleshooting Wi-Fi and IoT devices and gadgets.
- Background in user-centered design or customer support.
- Proven track record of successfully managing outcomes-based programs.
