You Will:
- Manage the daily operations of a complex retail wireless store.
- Achieve store sales goals and maintain high customer experience standards.
- Foster a positive store culture for all employees and customers.
- Recruit, train, and develop high performing sales consultants.
- Analyze required reporting and take appropriate actions to quickly close performance gaps.
- Show empathy and resolve customer’s problems in a courteous and prompt manner.
- Lead all aspects of your location and accelerate your career and the careers of others!
Requirements
- 2+ years retail wireless management experience required.
- 3+ years in sales or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment!
- Must be able to sell and coach others to do the same!
- Ability to work up to 50+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
