Responsibilities:

Leadr is searching for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers.

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

Requirements

You will crush this role if:

  • You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • You have past experience in inbound marketing.
  • You’re analytical and use data to inform all decisions.
  • You have proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software (preferably HubSpot) in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
  • You are a proactive project manager who can turn ideas into action and manage processes from start to finish.
  • You have a passion for developing leaders, to help organizations achieve their mission.
  • You have a willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment.
  • You are highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • You have a collaborative mentality by prioritizing ‘we’ and not focusing on ‘me.’
  • You have a passion for our mission (developing people), and can’t wait to have a positive impact on our team and our customers.
