Job Description

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist interacts heavily with internal resources across all levels of the organization including the Sales Team to determine what gaps in available resources exist, the Product Marketing Team to ensure assets and strategies are aligned with the company vision, and the Commercial Operations Team to provide the necessary tools and services for the sales team. This role is directly responsible for managing an increasing velocity of projects in order to increase education opportunities, produce sales tools that are value based, and monitor analytics amp; data around the program outcomes. Additionally this roles is responsible for being knowledgeable about Kestra’s products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

* Work with Product Marketing and Director, Training and Education to ensure that content is created that will allow sales teams to have the right conversations with customers

* Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of corporate sales and product training programs, policies, and procedures

* Manage content and design metrics within Allego with the goal of enhancing the productivity amp; effectiveness of our market-facing teams.

* Create and monitor individual and team training plans

* Effectively present virtual or in-person content when needed

* Target gaps in content and collateral and partner with the necessary individuals to close those gaps by creating original content through research and interviews with salespeople and product marketing

* Implement the development, delivery and training of effective sales playbooks by sales role in collaboration with sales, sales ops and product marketing

* Integrate new information and content as it becomes available

Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patient’s case.

Requirements

Education/Experience Required:

* Bachelor’s degree

* Minimum 6 years of experience in sales enablement or product and sales training including experience in the medical device sales arena and in developing synchronous and asynchronous training and sales materials

* Excellent organization, presentation, and public speaking skills

Preferred:

Project Management experience

* Experience in a medical device education-related field

* Knowledge of MS Office

* Experience with MS Teams

* Experience with Allego or other Sales Enablement System

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

* Indoor open office environment

* Minimal noise volume typical to an office environment

* Variable conditions during travel

* Drug-free, as per FDA regulations

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

* Frequent repetitive motions that may include wrists, hands and/or fingers, such as keyboard and mouse usage

* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, at times from in and out of vehicle
