The Solution Architect (SA) is a key member of the Salesforce Health Cloud team. The SA is responsible for leading the design and delivery of solutions and technologies to meet client business goals and technical requirements.
A successful SA has strong development experience and enjoys developing technical solutions and working directly with clients to meet their business needs. An ideal candidate has a software background, works independently, thrives in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, communicates tactfully, and is able to effectively design, test, and deploy software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for providing insight and architectural guidance to customers and engagement teams as they plan and build out new digital products in a client-facing technical role
- Define target state and transition architectures and roadmaps including develop domain strategies for pre and post-production domains for multiple phase implementations
- Work directly with clients and collaborate with internal teams to serve as the technical architect on digital transformation initiatives
- Define end-to-end systems architecture and design in accordance with business and operational requirements and design and develop specifications for Interfaces, system integration, interface, reporting and solution data models
- System troubleshooting and facilitate troubleshooting session and facilitate workshops to understand, identify and define system architecture requirements and constraints
- Develop component, service and interface definitions, and help define system implementation approaches and operational procedures while maintaining a strong understanding of key technology innovations and considerations for healthcare alliance partners
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Experience with Salesforce
- Healthcare Industry Expertise is a must - Provider / Clinics / Patient Care / Case / Intake
- Extensive involvement working through all stages of a project (SDLC) as well as Agile Methodologies.
- Ability to conduct Discovery / Requirements Gathering for Healthcare Use Cases
- Ability to build and present Salesforce solutions that connect business cases in clear oral amp; written communication to C-Suite stakeholders who have a variety of technical expertise
- Understands usage of declarative amp; development in Salesforce implementations. A good understanding of Salesforce Apex Triggers, Workflow Rules, Validations, Process Builder, Lightning Components, Reports, and Dashboards a must.
- Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements, in close collaboration with Project Managers and client stakeholders
- Lead Salesforce architecture discussions and manage/educate stakeholders; manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale
- Train/support end-users with respect to their use of the Salesforce application
- Exhibits a sense of urgency, efficient time management amp; prioritization, professional, and team-oriented behaviors
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools. Preferably Mulesoft
- Experience implementing Health Cloud, Community Cloud and/or Service Cloud
