We’re looking for a motivated Seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our Operational Support team in assisting our field teams in several US locations. Expertise in regularly coordinating with business professionals, maintaining meticulous records and following business processes are key to this role. The ideal candidate will be organized, have impeccable attention to detail and have a knack for interacting well with others.

What you will do:

  • Vehicle Fleet assignment and maintenance coordination
  • Company asset assignment, tracking, and documentation
  • Employee Uniform purchasing and distribution
  • Employee training and equipment records organization and documentation
  • Assist in operational support tasks as required

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Experience using MS Office or Google Suite
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple, and at times, conflicting priorities while effectively managing time
  • Strong process development skill set and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and work well with tight deadlines

Nice to have:

  • College degree in a related field
  • Experience working with tech companies
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Sites), a familiarity with Slack, and a love for learning new systems
  • Familiarity with commercial tree fruit operations and a background in agriculture
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Bi-lingual
