They need a Global Marketing leader who will develop, manage, and execute innovative brand strategies and grow the business by delivering creative, customer-focused marketing. what you will do

Be a strategic thought leader developing global marketing strategies leveraged by in-country teams, resulting in expanded market share, reaching new prospects, increasing brand awareness, and fostering ongoing customer loyalty.

Inspire a customer-centric team culture where planning instinctively begins with key customer insights and business data, inspiring robust marketing plans across all marketing activations.

Engage a team approach that will leverage insights and measurement across every channel, looking to optimize campaign efforts in an ongoing effort to learn and improve on previous campaign efforts.

Inspire, lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary global team of 30 responsible for creating B2B marketing that promotes all products and services.

Develop comprehensive digital web strategy to expand customer acquisition amp; retention channels. Bring best practices into the team based on both industry case studies and personal experience in previous roles.

Create the story behind the brand select and execute campaigns, creating a vision for omni-channel marketing and digital media, ensuring consistent branding across all channels while also leveraging global best practices and opportunities for geo-specific executions.

Accelerate the digital journey and continue growing online commercial results through a robust online presence.

Enhance worldwide brand awareness and build meaningful customer experiences through effective POS marketing, merchandising, and engagement strategies across a varied environment.

Effectively build, lead and mentor a diverse global team of marketing talent that will help support the brand vision and bring it to life.

Requirements

what you need to have

15 + years of experience leading successful marketing teams across the globe in a growth-oriented company.

Expertise in developing B2B marketing strategies in geographically decentralized locations across the globe.

Deep passion for B2B, with patience and empathy to build long-term relationships in a customer-centric environment.

Ability to develop and foster exceptional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

Inspirational, motivational, and collaborative leader with a passion for mentoring and developing marketing teams.

Proven success building brands, expanding market share, and generating revenue through setting an effective marketing vision and supporting strategies.

Familiarity working with a wholesale distributor model and blue-collar workforce.
