Ness is an early-stage stealth startup at the crazy/exciting/challenging intersection of fintech and healthcare.

Funded by some of the most iconic operators and entrepreneurs in the space and started by the former CEO amp; Founder of Greatist (acquired by Healthline in 2019), we're building an AmEx-like credit card for health spending with a enormous ambitions to flip healthcare on its head through intuitive, easy-to-use solutions built for consumers who want to get and stay healthy instead of for patients when they get sick. and to increasingly own the consumer wallet spend in health, a massive opportunity to reward the right behaviors and bring the cost of sick care down.

Ultimately, you will be one of our most important builders responsible for shaping every key part of a truly innovative product that has the potential to change healthcare forever.

Requirements

You May Be The Ideal Candidate If.

  • You have 8+ years of proven history shipping consumer mobile products and shaping consumer brand design.
  • You have a consistent track record of defining and executing new and ambitious ideas.
  • You're comfortable owning product design strategy from start to finish.
  • You love hiring talented people and helping them grow and succeed.
  • You're actively engaged and interested in delivering on both business and user goals.
  • You are highly collaborative and cross-functional, capable of pivoting your approach to get to the best collective outcome.
  • You've got a growth mindset and bring positive energy in the face of adversity.
  • You have experience in fintech. and think the credit card user experience can be waaay better.

  • Drive our overarching brand vision forward and, with careful hands, shape it profoundly into something truly special.
  • Act as an internal champion/evangelist for design amp; experience.
  • Oversee design from beginning to end, collaborating closely with team members across the organization to succeed.
  • Build a team of killer designers of all kinds.
  • Lead a team of designers to new, innovative heights.
  • Solve hard user problems in a seamless, magical way.
  • Contribute to our design standards and push them forward.
  • Help craft a product that reaches a HUGE amount of people.
