The Cprime Atlassian Tools team is on the hunt for a Delivery Manager. The Delivery Manager will provide large client engagement guidance, best practices, and delivery oversight. Responsibilities:
  • Drive amp; deliver scope, engagement strategies, roadmaps, and strategic efforts
  • Accountable for engagement success
  • Expanding (and retaining) Cprime footprint in the organization
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders
  • Establish Cprime brand presence in the corporate systems solution space
  • Customer lifetime value management through guidance, recommendations, and involvement
  • Be a client advocate and strive for opportunities to drive success of their initiatives
  • Steer engagements in a direction that makes optimal use of their budget and our team
  • Customer satisfaction through delivery of value to meet customer needs
  • Manage financial health of engagements (budget, scope etc.)
  • Manage the engagement deliverable to ensure quality
  • Plan, align, and deliver Business Reviews with the SA, SE, and AE/NAM
  • Provide client health and status updates to client (though internal tools)
  • Work closely with resourcing team to ensure timely assignments, changes, and communication
  • Ensure engagement margin is managed, tracked, and communicated
  • Know and understand in place SOW's and work with necessary teams on questions / concerns
  • Drive monthly regional forecasting
  • Keep all Cprime teams involved and updated with upcoming meetings and proper context is provided in advance
  • Manage direct reports (if applicable) through weekly 1-1's
  • Review and approve timesheets for projects and direct reports
  • Review and approve expenses for projects and direct reports
  • Involve internal leads with adequate time to discuss new opportunities or new introductions
Qualifications Skills:
  • 6-8 years of Professional Services Management experience
  • 3-5+ years of Atlassian software planning, design, and implementation
  • 3-5+ years of managerial experience (hiring, leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring resources)
  • Strong understanding of business and technology processes as well as software integration and implementation
  • Metric-driven management experience and style
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills, process-oriented, drive to constantly improve quality, self-motivated
  • Experience in process documentation, training and change management
  • Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC and Agile Frameworks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts at any given time through effective time-management and planning
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
