We are growing and currently seeking a Business Development Performance Manager.

FullFunnel Performance Managers are dynamic sales managers who know FullFunnel’s business model intimately and proactively bring new thinking and an invaluable outside perspective in order to drive sales team motivation and success. They connect the dots and provide mentorship in order to effectively deliver on goals and promote internal career growth. Our Performance Managers drive teams to make things happen, so we win for our clients and FullFunnel.

Performance Managers must have strong sales management skills, superior leadership skills, and the ability to manage the day-to-day business and prospecting performance within a diverse client portfolio. Candidates must also possess the ability to coach green sales individuals into highly productive performers and oversee the development and delivery of high-quality work product, play a business development role on his/her portfolio, and offer strategic advice to the sales team and sales leadership with confidence.

Essential Functions:

  • Hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and developing a BDR team of 7-10 people
  • Create and design a high performance team model to drive sales results
  • Create team culture and motivation through coaching, career development and incentive programs
  • Partner with sales leaders and Account Managers to identify opportunities for training programs and growth development
  • Monitor BDR team KPIs and maintain a best in class prospecting program
  • Provide 1:1 coaching for reps to review performance and provide training
  • Become an expert with sales enablement tools including Hubspot, Linked Navigator and Salesforce and drive CRM hygiene and accurate reporting for sales reps

Core Competencies:

  • Results-Driven A strong desire to win and work hard to build high-performing campaigns. A full understanding of clients' funnel metrics and how to influence any of the metrics within the funnel through pitch training and augmentations.
  • Client Focus Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations to internal and external clients. Ability to identify breaks in the current sales model and provide strategic solutions around sales rep development.
  • Peer Relationships - Responsible for mentoring and training team members and and driving team comradery, cohesion and motivation. Collaborates cross-functionally with the growth consulting team, operations team, and sales management team to find common ground/solves problems for the good of all, solves problems with peers, and is a team player.
  • Project amp; Time Management - Full project management of time and organization both individually and for sales reps including prospecting schedule, campaign prioritization, performance metrics, and reporting analytics. Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently; concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of inside sales management across multiple industries, with experience in both enterprise and transactional sales processes preferred but not required.
  • Experience growing and developing high performance teams
  • An understanding of KPI development and campaign execution
  • Appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring excellence
  • Sales management experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Authentically passionate about great work, your team, and our business
