Job Description


Exodus is looking for a meticulous Software Engineer dedicated to improving the quality of our company's internal metrics and Grafana dashboards used to drive critical operational and product decisions. This role will become the defacto owner and maintainer of the toolchain used to aggregate and distribute this mission-critical data and thus will have a substantial impact on the direction and decisions the company takes.


What You'll Do

1. Optimization, implementation, and maintenance of Grafana dashboards

2. Analysis and optimization of company-wide business intelligence and product metrics

3. Assist with the development and maintenance of other internal tooling projects


Frameworks amp; Languages

Must have:

  • Software development experience
  • SQL expertise (ideally Postgres)
  • Grafana experience
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills and experience
  • Javascript and Node.js development skills

Nice to have:

  • NoSQL experience (Google BigTable is ideal)
  • AWS/GCP and Kubernetes experience
  • Experience with Python and some of its data visualization libraries
