The role of the Customer Service Representative will be to provide outstanding customer service for inbound calls and web inquiries regarding our programs such as classes, learning pods, camps, birthday parties, and virtual programs. We need an enthusiastic individual who can gauge and understand customer service issues in both written and verbal form, and then offer a solution and accurate information to resolve each inquiry.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSILITIES:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries (phone and web)
  • Record customer information within our database Zen Planner and checking for any previous contact
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while listening and identifying their questions, concerns and complaints
  • Offer support, troubleshooting and solutions in accordance with our company’s customer service policies
  • Provide high attention to delay for membership entry and billing updates for qualified customers
  • Provide highly professional interactions to our customers and internally.


SCHEDULE:

  • Monday through Saturday
  • Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; overtime may be required
  • Compensation $15/hr to start.


Requirements


REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Competent with Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word, Excel, Ring Central, and Zen Planner
  • Strong organizational and detail-orientated skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to resolve common customer inquiries accurately and efficiently, such as program related issues and questions, billing issues and the occasional unique circumstance
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in dealing with frustrated customers by gauging tone and displaying empathy to ensure a positive customer experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years of client service is preferred
  • Associates or bachelor's degree preferred, or the equivalent of education and experience
