Job Summary :

Listing Launch is a program designed to provide additional administrative support to real estate agents. The real estate agent can hire a specialist on demand with the peace of mind that their listing will be launched efficiently and in a timely manner. The specialists will provide high level one on one administrative support. This is a remote, part-time position with expectations of 29 hours/week.

Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support for Real Estate Agents
  • Data entry
  • Input listings into MLS
  • Marketing launch plans
  • Produce marketing materials, e-blasts, flyers, brochures, postcards
  • Administrative tasks
  • Social media posts
  • Certification through our training program
  • Foster and maintain relationships with broker associates

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous Real Estate experience preferred
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Self directed
  • Customer service based attitude
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Skills amp; Experience:

  • Remote working capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task amp; prioritize
  • Strong computer/technology skills Google platform, Microsoft office, kvCore
  • Customer service focused attitude
  • Social Media savvy (FB, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in self-directed environment
