About the Company:
Morgan amp; Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful. We take pride in the fact that we do not represent insurance companies, hospitals, or other large corporations. We have limited our law practice to the representation of the people, covering a wide range of personal injury and consumer protection cases.
John Morgan founded Morgan amp; Morgan in 1988. The firm’s first office was located in Orlando, Florida, and consisted of three attorneys, two paralegals and a receptionist. Today, we employ more than 500 lawyers. Additionally, we have a support staff of more than 2,600 across the country. These paralegals, case managers, case evaluation specialists, receptionists, engineers, and developers make sure that our clients are taken care of every step of the way.
In the past three decades, Morgan amp; Morgan has had incredible growth and we are not stopping there. We serve clients nationwide, with over 50 offices in more than 15 states. Soon, we will be everywhere for everyone.
For the people. Not the powerful.
About the Role:
The Instructional Designer is a critical position in the Contact Center that will design/redesign all of the learning and development courses for our case consultants and leadership team. This is a new position within the Case Control Center so the ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter willing to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and the learning team to design new programs. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, engaging, motivating individual to come in and revolutionize our training content.
The legal field is extremely competitive, and our firm has had tremendous growth. We believe in our people and want to invest in ensuring they have all the tools and knowledge they need, as well as career and professional skills to help them now and in the future.
Recently, we have expanded our work at home model across the country and expect to continue down this path in the future. Due to this, we are working to enhance and build our web-based training program to accommodate the future growth. The Instructional Designer is pivotal to the success to this program, as their contribution in developing engaging and interactive training material is vital.
Oh yeah, we also like to have a lot of fun, so experience with TikTok (or other video formats) and creating fun videos to share is a bonus!
