To support this, we are currently seeking a versatile Onboarding Coordinator to support the growth of the firm at scale.
About the Role:
As Onboarding Coordinator for our National Expansion group, you will own execution of onboarding and key initiatives supporting the firm’s growth into new markets and enabling new offices and new attorneys to be successful.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include organizing and streamlining day-to-day activities associated with the onboarding of new employees
- Onboard all new legal staff and continue to support them for their first 90 days including, but not limited to, educating new employees on best practices, facilitating mentor/mentee relationships and tracking progress
- Provide white glove experience to new attorney/staff and potential acquisition staff
- Support leadership via project management of expansion initiatives
- Foster relationships with and serve as the main point of contact between operations and legal staff across various locations
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2+ years of business experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- High-growth or start-up experience is a plus
- An exceptional track record of executing with a bias for action
