This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self driven leader and enjoys the challenge of a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. This person will be involved in helping innovative healthcare startups (aka Builds) come to life and accelerate their revenue pipeline. The Revenue Partner creates, oversees, and reports on campaigns such as (but not limited to) customized email outreach, LinkedIn targeting, direct mailers, unsolicited proposals, phone campaigns, localized events, and regional trade show engagements. These campaigns are referred to as Hand-to-Hand Combat, honing in on the key contacts for each Build and their market.

Responsibilities:

  • Along with the General Partner amp; Head of Talent, continuously develop, improve and execute the sales funnel activities for Builds and their Builder(s)
  • Execute on business development plan as a player and coach
  • Teach and document all processes related to revenue activities for each Build
  • Conduct regular meetings with Builders and staff to discuss revenue updates, ideas and issues
  • Manage relationships with partners and or vendors related to revenue activities
  • Ensure that sales funnels for each build are executed within allotted budget and timelines
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities
  • Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management
  • Selecting automation software and software platforms that best meet Olive Ventures and Build needs
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Requirements

  • Real world experience in founding a startup or operating a company at a high level is required.
  • Healthcare experience is desired but an entrepreneurial mindset a must
  • Education and/or degree in Business Management or equivalent is desired but optional
  • Excellent leadership skills, business acumen and ability to effectively manage, lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team
  • Excel at strategic thinking, be open to new perspectives and better ways to do things; and be creative, a visionary, and manage innovation well
  • Must have the ability to communicate and delegate effectively
