Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:
Technical Competencies: Coordinate BHT’s scheduling and cross facility coverage such that training and other overtime is significantly reduced. Capable of giving appropriate feedback to staff and role modeling to staff. Organizes the BHT’s so the staff is trained and knowledgeable about their job functions. Advises clinical staff of clients’ goals and how they are progressing. Completes required trainings and ensures all BHT’s are completing them as well. A working knowledge of mental health issues and delinquent behaviors. Strong clinical skills. A working knowledge of HIPAA, Licensing and CARF regulations.

Education, Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous supervisory experience. Valid Driver’s License.
