Job Description

Direct and lead the oversight and implementation of the HR strategy for recruitment and human resources regional support for all Pyramid Inc. companies. Strong and engaging leadership, enable a team of HR professionals to provide expertise, advice and local HR business partnering support.

  • Serve as trusted adviser and support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
  • Provide advice, guidance and direct support on all aspects related to people management.
  • Command an understanding of the corporate and business line strategy and contribute to that overall strategy by assisting leadership with defining and identifying talent actions and strategies to drive business forward.
  • Partner with all HR functions (Benefits, Acquisitions, and Training etc.) to deliver superior results to our internal partners and employees
  • Lead a team of HR professionals who provide high quality HR support and consultancy to assigned service lines
  • Partner with Human Resources Executive Committee as well as HR Business Partners, and Ops to design and implement solutions to enhance and scale HR business functions that will assist with the growth of the business, including, but not limited to: organizational design and development, management and talent acquisitions, and various employee engagement initiatives. Such objectives will serve to align with the business goal and objectives and the overall global HR strategy.
  • Sponsor and lead the implementation of local and global projects/initiatives within HR and across the business.
  • Support as required activities and initiatives associated with change management involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance with local legislation.
  • Provide required analytics and people reporting data to key managers to support business requirements.
  • Provide advice, guidance and direct support on all aspects related to people management.
  • Participate in State Licensing Agency and CARF audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Supervisory experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration is required. PHR and or SHRM certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a generalist, preferable in the health care industry or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
