Job Description

AirMap is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Airspace Management Team based in Europe.

Our goal is to support customer success through advanced enablement processes that increase mission and task efficiency; provide unique and advantageous insights, and streamline the huge amount of aerial data we currently collect through our aviation activities.

You will work closely with the Head of Customer Success, VP of Airspace Management, product managers and engineers to support customers, grow key accounts and retain business across Europe.


In this role you will:

  • Operate independently and proactively as part of AirMap’s global Customer Success team
  • Onboard new customers and retain existing customers in Europe.
  • Drive and close new growth opportunities, contract renewal process, and lead ongoing commercial relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve customer account/business objectives, improve client satisfaction outcomes by meeting KPIs, revenue, net margin, NPS and renewal rate.
  • Deliver and execute on account plans per key customer. Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on a continuous basis.
  • Establish a deep understanding of customer’s business needs, leveraging an outcome-selling approach.
  • Provide first level support for customer questions and issues.
  • Apply rigorous, data driven customer management techniques with full utilization of Salesforce.
  • Establish proficiency on AirMap’s offerings, knowledge of industry, and competitors.
  • Ensure communications are coordinated and support sales plan objectives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Highly desirable - fluent in French (written and spoken)
  • 2+ years experience working in Customer Success or Client Services or Sales Enablement
  • Interest in delivering strategic, best in class support for our offerings in Airspace Management /UTM sector
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to successfully communicate with a variety of levels within an organization
  • Track record of success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate grit, resilience and tenacity with a desire to succeed on your own terms scaling with the company as we grow
