The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for the management of commercial training activities. They report directly to the Sales Success Manager.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resources internally to deliver impactful on-boarding learning content to the different roles of the SOPHiA Sales Team: Sales amp; Business Development Mangers (Sales Representatives), Subject Matter Experts, Field Application Scientists, and Distributors
  • Organize the circulation of learning between the different roles in the Sales Team during the on-boarding process for Subject Matter Experts, Sales amp; Business Development Managers amp; Distributors
  • Implement Richardson’s Consultative Selling and Prosperous Account Strategies / Strategic Account Development Methodologies in all commercial trainings (on-boarding, product launches amp; continuous learning)
  • Build and facilitate role plays / team activities as part for training purposes
  • Planning and execution of Commercial on-boarding training in alignment with the company objectives and vision
  • Ensure harmonized approach to commercial trainings in the company
  • Monitor the feedbacks and completion as trainings get implemented
  • Organize communication
  • Consult with the training committee to define on-boarding learning objectives when needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial trainings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Mandatory Expertise (content, not facilitation) of the Richardson Sales Performance Consultative Selling and Prosperous Account Strategy / Strategic Account Development
  • Experience planning and executing learning programs in corporate LMS
  • Experience delivering training to an audience or in a one-to-one setting as a trainer in a corporate setting
  • Experience in medical sales or familiarity with the healthcare industry
  • Experience working directly with clients in a complex sales environment
  • Mastery of other languages such as French, Spanish or Italian is a plus
