Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, innovative and driven individual to join our People team as our first Recruiter. In this position, you will play an integral role in building out our company through our next stage of growth. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with leadership and will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top talent in creative ways, building our employer brand, and evolving our recruiting practices as we grow. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has experience recruiting for a variety of functions in a fast-paced environment, and possesses mature communication and relationship development skills. As a full life-cycle recruiter, you will play an essential role in building a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment through our hiring processes. This position can be 100% remote.


Drive recruitment efforts to source and hire top, diverse talent across the organization, while ensuring all candidates have an exceptional experience

Partner with the HRBP and VP of People and leadership, acting as a strategic talent thought partner to identify hiring needs, plan for team growth and close key hires

Lead the development and execution of talent strategies to achieve our aggressive growth plans

Build hiring pipelines by proactively recruiting and maintaining relationships with key talent communities, while representing the Allurion brand

Drive ongoing measurement of recruiting performance through metrics and reporting to ensure hiring goals are met and to develop efficient hiring solutions

Continuously improve our candidate experience and recruiting processes

Manage and build our digital employer presence

Act as an advocate for candidates throughout the hiring process, establish regular touch points and diligent follow through for a high-touch experience


Proven technical recruitment experience - we want you to hit the ground running, so being a market expert is essential

Track record of success - you need to have consistently exceeded targets and frankly be really good at what you do, we will definitely ask you about it

Experience conducting searches for positions from entry to executive level, including technical roles

Passionate about ensuring that every candidate who interviews with us has a positive experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment with action-orientation and drive

Collaborative work style with the ability to build strong relationships across teams

Extreme attention to detail, a sense of urgency, reliability, and commitment to mastering your work

An analytical mindset that understands the importance of tracking metrics, both individual and team goals to increase performance
